Towed my daughter's car after an accident and when they showed up on scene, they asked if she was ok before anything else!

Responsive, showed up on time, and was less $ then expected. The drivers were friendly and professional!

This company was incredible. The tow driver showed up almost exactly when I was told he would. He was incredibly friendly, quick, and efficient. He shared the history of Highway 26 with me while taking my car to my house. Overall, if I ever need a tow again, without question it will be with New’s!

Excellent customer service! Called day ahead to coordinate truck tow to my mechanic. Arrived on time and followed up to confirm the truck was delivered. Very professional, thank you Tracy!

Blew a tire heading out of town on a Sunday night and New’s Towing responded before USAA could even locate a business available. It was a very short wait for the driver to arrive and he was quick to get the vehicle loaded on the flatbed and towed to the nearest Les Schwab for drop off. I don’t get towed often so I can’t compare service to other companies but if you’re looking for quick and reliable, New’s Towing proved themselves trustworthy.

News towing was a great towing company and they were always early before the time they say.

New’s towing is wonderful! They rushed over to help when I needed them. A small amount of damage Occurred when pulling my car off truck due to my car being locked and unable to roll. They offered to repair. This is an ethical company! Five stars!

Absolutely recommend x 10! My son was in an accident, the first thing the guy did was make sure he was okay before he would even touch the car. Then chatted with him to try to keep him calm. Then we had a lot to figure out with getting the car from the tow yard and when, there was some back and fourth with that. And the guy who answered was always so friendly and amazing as well. You are my first choice should I ever need a tow again, thank you so much!

I was involved. In an accident two days ago. On top of that. I locked myself out of my running truck. Tracy stopped to check on us and rescued me as he opened my vehicle and wouldn't let me arrange payment for saving me from a long wait. He is an amazing man. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services. God bless him.
